Everything there were great, including overall nicefacilities. Professionalism of the staff. Impressive & huge room, with central heating, a private safe and a flat-screen TV. Good view of the mountain. Great and beautiful location around 4-6 minutes walk from Merab Kostava's Garden. Found in a fairly nice area adjacent to Borjomi Central Park as well as a cliff.

I felt at home in this enchanting hotel. the room was absolutely perfect and quiet, with a garden view. - I slept really well with the air conditioning and 2 TVs. - the venue's location was marvelous, near the park.

They allowed early check-in, and there was on-site parking available. Additionally, the wifi was great. the hotel is centrally located, not too far from Borjomi Park.

We had a great time at Borjomi Palace Health & Spa Center. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of local cheese, jams, honey, and fruits. The location of the hotel was perfect, one of the best places in the city. The hotel also provided tours around Borjomi, although they could be a bit expensive. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were a nice addition to our stay. I would recommend this hotel for its location, breakfast, and amenities.
